Shipping + Return Policy

Shipping Policy: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $25. Orders placed before noon PST ship the same day. Orders placed after noon PST ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after noon PST or the weekend ship the following business day. Please keep in mind we are only provided an estimated delivery date from the shipping providers. Things can be out of our control and packages can arrive outside the estimated timeframes. 

Return Policy: Unfortunately, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES AVAILABLE. If a product ordered from this Site is a different item from what you ordered or if it arrives broken or damaged, please email hello@richsport.inc within fourteen (14) days of the date that the products have been delivered to you. We may require that you provide evidence of damage or to return the incorrect or damaged item to us, and may issue a refund only in richsport’s sole discretion.
